Tien Officiel is a fashion studio located in Istanbul. The fabrics, all natural fibers; are colored and printed delicately by hand. The inspiration of the brand is the elegance in the nature itself. We use natural colorings extracted from flowers, leaves and roots and use the eco-printing method for our patterns. Our elegant and sophisticated models are designed with this miraculous and handcrafted fabrics therefore Tien addresses modern and powerful women seeking uniqueness and elegance. The brand name “Tien” meaning “fairy spirit” perfectly portrays this “fashion tale”; aiming to be extremely gracious yet fierce enough to protect the forest and the nature. We believe in sustainable fashion and we found the miracle in the nature itself. Production of the ecological colored fabric: At first we color the purged and washed natural fiber fabric by natural dyes so that it is ready for ecoprinting. Ecoprinting method requires delicate flowers and leaves which are placed onto the colored fabric according to the imagination and the creativity of the artist. The operation technique varies based on the natural chemical reactions and results with various tones and patterns. However mainly, the fabric is rolled up in order to prepare it to thermal process. After this last step, it is ready for fabulous clothing designs. The fabric collection is prepared according to the season’s favourite colors, the current flora and fashion trends.
