Tiger Mortgage was established in 2021 by Raymond Liao to provide clients with a more diverse range of borrowing options and to leverage the knowledge accumulated across a career spanning accounting, superannuation, insurance, and lending. Raymond knows how to present complex financial scenarios clearly and confidently to lenders. He has also developed relationships with non-bank lenders, enabling them to present alternatives to expat clients if an issue arises. This knowledge, combined with his tenacity, makes him an excellent advocate for clients. Where many brokers tell their clients 'no' if a situation becomes too complex, Tiger Finance always looks for a solution, no matter the odds stacked against the deal or how long it takes.
