Under this name, TIGER offers innovative thermoset materials for SLS and CBAM 3D printing systems that will lift additive manufacturing to a new level. TIGITAL® 3D-Set shows entirely new properties and unique advantages compared to the thermoplastics predominantly used in SLS 3D printing: The printed components remain solid even at high temperatures and display excellent isotropic mechanical properties in x, y, and z-direction. Furthermore, unlike thermoplastics, TIGITAL® 3D-Set do not melt when exposed to heat. There is no polymer melt drip or loss of shape. When combined with flame retardant formulations, TIGITAL® 3D-Set is also ideal for electrical insulation.
