As a chief strategist at Tigre Promotion, an AI-driven full-service digital marketing agency rooted in Sacramento, I was responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for clients to align with their business goals. I conducted research on current benchmark trends and audience to design and publish social media content that resonated with their target audience. I utilized various apps and tools to produce high-quality content that was automatically uploaded daily on multiple social media platforms. I generated, edited, and shared engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news. I communicated with followers, responded to queries in a timely manner, and monitored customer reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image. I collaborated with other influencers and clients to ensure brand consistency by hosting large networking events and representing the brand through brand merchandise. I founded Sacramento's first virtual speed networking event that provided connections for meaningful small business communities in the area. Additionally, I coordinated the Wash & Wiggle + Mix n Mingle Networking events with local small business owners, attracting over attendees. The events featured exotic cars, a 360 photobooth, high-quality food, two dance performances by former Sacramento Kings dancers, a raffle, and a variety of food trucks. These events were a great success and helped to build strong relationships between local businesses and their customers.
