Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Seattle, Washington, the Tile Roofing Industry Alliance (TRI Alliance) is a non-profit 501(c) 6 company that’s dedicated to growing tile roofing markets in the United States and Canada through technical expertise, training, and elevating the benefits of tile. As one of the leading experts in the industry, TRI Alliance understands the challenges members and building professionals face and brings true, value-added services to make their lives easier. TRI Alliance has produced technical code manuals, installation guides, and has developed code legislation alongside local, state, and national regulating bodies in conjunction with roofing contractors, installers, and inspectors, and others. TRI Alliance’s history and knowledge have been the driving force behind advancing concrete and clay tile in the roofing industry, combining proven practices and new building techniques to ensure tiling excellence.
