Tilicho Labs

Tilicho Labs is an AI-Native Enterprise Engineering firm. We build and operate the software systems enterprises run on — and the intelligence increasingly running inside them. We are builders, not consultants. We own delivery, ship to production, and stay accountable for how systems run once they are live. Over 11 years and 100+ engagements, we have partnered with organizations from Fortune 500 enterprises to high-growth startups — with a team of ~70 engineers across Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, and Vijayawada. What we build and operate- Agent Orchestration — routing work across a portfolio of models with the right cost, governance, and full visibility for the business- Agentic AI — supervised agents that own real workflows, not just copilots- AI-SDLC — AI-native software delivery, from requirements to release- Model Engineering — training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and economical inference- Physical AI — intelligence at the edge and on-device, where latency and privacy matter. The hard part of enterprise AI is no longer access to intelligence. It is deciding where to apply it, who owns the outcome, and what it costs at scale. That is the work we do. If you are moving AI from pilots to production systems that run reliably, economically, and under real governance — let's talk.
