The business model is- Go beyond product design towards holistic digital-first businesses- Rapidly hypothesize business models and validate/invalidate assumptions in the field- Define and communicate vision + strategic roadmap to internal stakeholders + partners - Work with client venture owners to blueprint MVP cx + operations - Transition out of ventures once business model has been proven Venture funding Collaborate with client teams to raise funding for new internal ventures, as well as external strategic investments/acquisitions- This is the work, before the work- Accelerate client projects through complex stage gates and funding requirements - Help client projects cut through funding clutter by communicating complex ideas through simple + high impact stories.
