Tim Connect

TIM CONNECT® (est. 2012) is an integrated IT system designed to facilitate communications between banks and their clients, including push notifications, sms messages and mobile banking apps. The system processes banking notifications for different processes such as transactions, passwords for internet bank and 3d-secure, news from banks and others. Company also develops mobile apps for banks based on the main solution TIM CONNECT® and integrates its technologies in mobile banking applications. All services are encrypted and executed online. The unique offer by TIM CONNECT® gives banks a possibility to send their clients PUSH notifications instead of expensive SMS messages. With a help of TIM CONNECT® banks may provide new services to their clients while greatly reducing operational costs. TIM CONNECT® operates in three key markets: Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, with more than 40 banks using TIM CONNECT® technologies. By 2016, the company expects to expand to two more markets. We created a powerful IT technology able to process more than notifications per second. The technology is simple and easy for banks in that it is based on IT protocols that every bank uses anyway, to deliver notifications. Every bank that wants to start working with TIM CONNECT needs only to change its technical preferences within notification delivery module. The rest of the work is done by TIM CONNECT processing. Banks that don't have their own mobile apps, may use TIM CONNECT application as a separate branded offering which allows their clients check their accounts and cards balance, check automatic expense reports and receive secure notifications. If a bank already has a mobile app, TIM CONNECT technologies can be seamlessly integrated in it.
