Tim Cummins teaches yoga privately to individuals and small groups all over London in the comfort of their own home. He also teaches corporate clients in the workplace. Shadow yoga is well suited to private tuition as the ethos of this school is to deal with each person as an individual, it does not employ a one size fits all approach. The class can be mild and focused on slowly building stamina and strength, easing the student towards a greater level of flexibility, or if appropriate, a more challenging and demanding class is taught. Ultimately the shadow yoga practice is a self practice with each person working their own individual asana sequence.
