Welcome. My coaching practice is all about "doing things better". That's a fairly broad statement - that's true. Exactly what it is you want to do better is up to you. I can help with a focus on improving communication and getting a better result through increased self-awareness and awareness of what others expect you. As well as a professional coach I am a certified trainer in Relationship Awareness, and have facilitated Trust and Situational Leadership Workshops as well as projects as a business management coach and skills assessor. I have strong interest in improving communication through increased self-awareness which leads more effective relationships (personal and professional). I align my coaching to the ethics and best practice methods recommended by the ICF (International Coach Federation) and study professional coaching techniques. My work has had me working alongside some excellent mentors and coaches and NLP who have been responsible for long lasting results over many decades, NLP practitioners and Master Practitioner. Doing things better can mean many things, but it all starts with you - the coachee who wants things to change."If you want something to change - then you have to change something."
