Timberlands Unlimited was founded in 1980 by David L. Jennette Sr. to offer independent, professional and quality forest management services to private landowners in Eastern North Carolina and Southeastern Virginia. Timberlands works for private landowners and in the best interest of private landowners. Our business has grown and progressed over the past four decades and we now manage some acres for private landowners and investment firms. We have a staff of three graduate foresters, one forest technician, one office manager and several part-time employees. All of the timber cruising, appraisals and sale preparation is done by our professional staff. Most of the reforestation activities are contracted, yet closely supervised by us. Collectively our staff has over fifty years of experience in management of private forestlands. Timberlands Unlimited was founded on honesty and integrity and we have instilled these values in our employees. Our commitment to our clients is simple: 1) We will never be untruthful to a client. 2) We will never recommend or perform any management activity on a client’s land that we would not do on our own land. 3) We will provide sound, conservative and professional forest management services that support owner objectives and applicable current laws and regulations.
