TimberRise is a Seattle, WA-based real estate development company that integrates mass timber materials into urban development projects throughout the West Coast. The objective of our work is to narrow the gap between the natural world and the built environment by developing buildings that reflect health, beauty, and both fiscal and environmental sustainability using materials such as cross-laminated timber. We are discerning about the projects we work on and the partners we choose. Our experience tells us that great projects reflect the process that a project team deploys and the values they embody. DEVELOPMENT - TimberRise develops mass timber commercial buildings alongside valued joint venture partners. MASS TIMBER OPTIMIZATION - TimberRise is strategically positioned to provide competitively priced & regionally sourced cross-laminated timber and glulam on behalf of clients. FEE DEVELOPMENT - We work in an inspired state with the goal of inviting everyone we can to join in this mission and welcome the opportunity to provide fee development work from inception to project completion on behalf of outside owners.
