A good education is crucial to ending poverty. We use mathematics as a vehicle to teach children in under-served communities to think for themselves; to be independent and to take charge of their futures. Without numeracy and agency, children won’t build up STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.)
