Time For Kindness

Sarah Browning founded Time for Kindness in early 2021. Sarah is a Kindness Cheerleader who believes in the power of kindness and communication to connect us as human beings. Through the programme she inspires others to believe in it too. She encourages and teaches people to make noticing and valuing kindness a habit, individually and collectively. Her speeches and workshops encourage positive wellbeing and stimulate a culture based on collaboration by: • Reminding people about the kindness that already exists in the world and in the workplace • Inspiring people to ‘see kind’ more often and teaching them techniques to make noticing it a habit • Improving connection between individuals and teams through the power of kindness The Time for Kindness programme consists of 4 strands: • Interactive wellbeing workshops for groups and teams to explore what kindness is, why it matters and how to benefit from the positive impact of noticing it • Inspiring talks to get people thinking about how to use the power of noticing kindness to improve their own wellbeing and to connect more effectively with colleagues • A growing network of voluntary Kindness Ambassadors who make a pledge to notice and talk about kindness every week • Daily examples of real-life kindness, shared across the Time for Kindness website and social media When you see kind, you feel better.
