About TIME4.COACHING: Time4. coaching is about human potential. We awaken the internal fire to build confidence and understanding of personal worth. Our coaching philosophy is to explore life, to ensure people are getting the most from it. I work predominantly with adolescent male, LGBTQ+, 50+ and thrive with those who are feeling stagnant or stuck. Besides goal planning, we focus on taking life to the next level translating personal values and beliefs into actions that drive better outcomes. Embracing your truth and living a life that aligns with purpose means a happier more fulfilled you. About ME: My personal purpose is to be constantly creating amazing human experiences. Not being a very confident kid. I had low self-esteem, struggled in school and I was tortured for 'being different'(according to one particular teacher). Throughout my adolescent years, I battled with anxiety and headed down a self-destructive path of low self worth and escapism, trying to be what I thought I should be to meet the expectations of others. I eventually crossed paths with some great leaders and mentors. I was amazed when I discovered how strong I am. I learned to love who I am, found inner happiness and slowly began to fill my life with greatness which included being totally authentic and not trying to meet societies ridiculous expectations. I have had the privilege to work around the world and have travelled extensively allowing me the opportunity to truly embrace diversity, cultural perspective, religion, personal values and as importantly see uniqueness in people. Today, my life is whole, I know my worth and value and I continue to contribute and grow every day. My evolution is ongoing and coaching others is an essential part of my journey.
