TimeData serves Communication Service Providers (CSPs) focusing on the Rural and smaller CSP market, with offices in Portland, Oregon and Manhattan, New York. TimeData announced its SONAR Managed Service October 2008, with the first client going into production February 2009. Since then multiple CSPs have used SONAR, experiencing a breakeven Return on Investment in 3-6 month, and the constant update of new features. Towards the end of 2009 we helped CSPs complete the Oregon Exchange Carriers Assoc.(OECA) study for Phantom Traffic which has identified a very substantial amounts of unbilled/mis-billed minutes with potential sources of that revenue. TimeData launched m-SONAR in fall of 2009, which implements high margin and growth Cellular Service for the CSPs. m-SONAR provides business planning and feasibility study, turn-key implementation (in concert with our partners, Lemko, Versar and Pivot Media) and Smart Reports and real-time Alarms to manage cell sites in remote and diverse locations! Cellular service adds a new and important revenue source to ILECs and Rurals, and capitalizes on the RUS and NCIA funding.
