I love to help people to connect to their vitality, uplift their spirits, heal their hearts and to re-establish their body awareness. My mission is to help the spirit realign their body and mind and awaken the body's rejuvenative and self healing properties through the use of Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Cupping, medical Qi Gong, therapeutic bodywork and Hakomi bases somatic therapy. I treat pain and discomforts from muscular skeletal injuries, internal organ problems and psychosomatic conditions. I also work with Trauma, PTSD and help integrate altered states experiences.
