TimeTells was founded by collectors for collectors. It is a well-known fact amongst watch enthusiasts that getting your hands on the likes of a Rolex or Patek Philippe can be incredibly difficult- be it through an authorized dealer or on the second-hand market. The challenges of building rapport at the AD, or being able to ensure an aftermarket timepiece is authentic are shared experiences by anyone looking to break into the watch scene and even long-time watch enthusiasts. For our founders, this journey started with the Omega Speedmaster Professional Hesalite Dial. Caleb and Karl met through their passion for collecting timepieces, but soon faced the issues that come along with it that are familiar to us all. Expanding one's watch collection is a never-ending journey- from the joys of getting a call from the AD, to the difficulties of hunting down a rare timepiece to potential authenticity issues, price haggling, and unfriendly customers or sellers! In just three years, TimeTells watches have been flown all around the world to international private buyers and dealers alike. The TimeTells website is the latest in the TimeTells Ecosystem- created to give the watch community the best experience, value, and safety in buying, selling, consigning, and learning more about timepieces. The TimeTells founders are always open for a coffee meet!
