Supporting digital immigrants on getting started with As our society becomes more and more digital, our services also turn out to be exclusive to those that understand this new language. Older adults are therefore excluded from using services that could both save them time and help managing their mental/ physical health and financial security. Timtim por Timtim is a not-for-profit project that focuses on creating step-by-step tutorials (booklets, stickers, videos) on how to use new interfaces and making this content available in a downloadable format so people can help their loved ones make their routine easier by using digital services and socially included once again. The next step is to create an online platform that provides people the tools needed to create new classes (booklet), print it at home and also make it available to the community. The service would then be financially sustained by partnerships with companies and startups interested in associating their image with our cause or in receiving regular usability reports to their interfaces. Timtim por Timtim is an old fashioned Brazilian expression that means something is explained in details. Also, the short version of the name (Timtim) is how Brazilian people cheer when making a toast in happy occasions.
