Steve Tinter is a second generation native Atlantan. His family moved to Atlanta in 1906. His grandfather Simon Zimmerman was the founder of Union Lumber Company located in East Point. Steve grew up around the lumber yard and around real estate, so naturally what other choice did he have except the real estate business, just like his mother before him. Annette Easton was the first agent at Re/Max of Buckhead when Re/Max first opened.
