Our mission is to create the first legal Tiny Home community commutable to New York City. By proving this business model in Northern New Jersey, our stretch goal is to re-create these villages near most major cities. These communities will boast high end Green friendly SMART homes that are less than 400 s/f. Downsizing will allow us to free up our budgets and connect to our community patrons who prioritize some of our same passions. We will always love working in big cities, but also love our pets, having a car, and drinking our morning coffee on our back deck. We learned to love small square footages spaces but the forever increasing cost of city living is affecting our bottom line and no longer allowing us the financial freedom to travel and adventure.
