We are a leading supplier of high quality milk powders and continues to be a leading manufacturer of high heat and 'high heat - heat stable', low spore skim and buttermilk powders. We have a very highly automated cheese factory we manufacture a variety of continental style cheeses that include Emmental and Maasdam. Tipperary Cooperative also produces a high quality grass fed butter for retail and food ingredient sector.
