Tique Capital was founded in 2021 by Fran Sáenz de Santa María and Javier Ignacio López. The original purpose was to identify, acquire and operate ONE single company in Spain. Our goal was to offer an attractive succession opportunity to a business owner who would like to transition from his/her day-to-day responsibilities. However, after getting an LOI signed with a company that matches search fund requirements, Tique Capital has been founded as a “self-funded” search fund.
