TIRANA FACTORING & LEASE Sh.A.(TFL)(previously ProFactoring Albania) is a non-bank financial institution, specializing in factoring activity (invoice discounting, forfeiting, B/L financing, promissory note discounting) and leasing activity. TFL has started its activity in June 2012 and the company has been licensed by the Central Bank of Albania for factoring and leasing activity. The company intends to continually generate new clients through detailed comprehensive strategy development, in a combination of common shareholders, employees, and business partners.
