Titanium Projects is a project management service provider based in Vancouver, BC. We provide experienced, high-quality leadership and management for development and construction projects for Owners. Our staff have over 100 years of combined work experience, and have led over $1 Billion in combined project value. Early in our careers, we recognized a substantial deficit in capable project management and Owner’s representation across Western Canada. Few Project Management companies offered experienced, senior staff that consistently delivered excellent service. We became convinced that a PM company could differentiate themselves simply by adopting a better business model. From this evolved the core principles of Titanium Projects: Experienced - Provide seasoned PMs with first-hand design/construction experience, strong communication skills, and a few battle scars. Servant - Listen actively and put the needs of our clients first. Be the client’s right hand and ensure that their needs and wants are implemented. Leadership - Lead the team through sunny and stormy weather, resolve differences with straight forward communication, and create a project culture of excellence.
