It is the author's greatest honor and privilege to be employed by one of the most exciting and wonderful companies on the planet, both as a BIM Technician and as the owner of that company. In the summer of last year, it was registered as a company. While it is a relatively new company, it has been fortunate enough to collaborate with other reputable construction industry businesses on the island. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the company's core business activity. BIM is quite a novel concept to Sri Lanka but not to the world. Beyond its core business, it also offers additional services like building designs, BIM consultation service, BIM Knowledge sharing programs, including Vastu service. The business is providing BIM service to both domestic and foreign clients. Two people are working as permanent employees; everyone else is a freelancer. This rising and smart company is named TIVER DESIGN STUDIO (PVT) LTD (TDS).This report's goal is to provide an overview of TDS's vision, mission, values, strategies, goals, and objectives.then after the analysis of TDS's SWOT, followed by the author's recommendations for the business advancements.
