Originally studying Kinesiology and Exercise Sciences at the University of British Columbia Okanagan, TJ transitioned into the 2300 hour Massage Therapy program at OVCMT, where he graduated in August of 2016. As a past competitive trampoline gymnastics athlete and avid soccer player, he's always looking for different ways to challenge himself and learn in the process. Sports medicine and rehabilitation is something that fascinates him to no end. Helping people reach their goals of fitness or function has been his dream come true! His treatment style combines the best of his knowledge in Assessment, Treatment Techniques, Therapeutic Exercise and Postural Reeducation to help his patients optimize every day function and performance. Prepare to move around and be involved in your treatments. TJ assesses the body as a whole, and believes that every individual is more than a diagnosis or condition. Effective rehabilitation combines a variety of techniques and approaches to treat symptoms at their root cause.
