About us TK Gesundheit is a fully owned subsidiary of the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK). As an innovative and reliable service partner we offer a broad range of professional solutions and services: • We classify, digitalise and archive documents • We inform interested clients at home and abroad • We support and guide chronically sick people with telephone coaching programmes We analyse new problems professionally and quickly develop efficient solutions of a high quality. We began in the year 2002 with only a few employees and have continually grown since then to become a medium-sized enterprise. Today we employ more than 650 workers in three metropolitan regions in Germany. The diversity of our employees is one of our particular strengths and a guarantee of our success. It is not important where a person comes from, but where he or she wants to go with us. For this reason we have among us many dedicated employees who bring with them know-how and competence from a multitude of different sectors and fields. Supported by a professional operations planning and highly standardised processes, we work together successfully on the continual improvement of our results. In our partnership with the TK and in our dialogue with, and services for, TK clients we are committed to flexibly addressing their individual needs and offering comprehensive support.
