Tracy brings a proven successful fundraising track record, evidenced by her work in cumulatively securing over $25 million in annual sustainable (renewable) and transformational funding for various organizations through major gifts, foundation and corporate funding, appeals, campaigns and event management. From big picture conception to developing practical protocols, Tracy understands the nonprofit entity at all levels, especially fundraising, comprehensive budgets and general administration. Tracy works one-on-one with nonprofit organizations, providing guidance on how to strategically maximize fundraising, community awareness and organizational potential. Typically reporting to the CEO / Executive Director (as either a consultant or interim staffer), first steps typically include facilitating formal needs assessments in order to tailor subsequent strategic planning and provide hands-on implementation of needed best practices, protocols and tactics to assure highly successful, supportable outcomes. Tracy is both a Certified Fundraising Executive and a master level clinical social worker. She has practical experience leading and administering programs and operations, as well as working directly with client populations. This training provides her with a unique personal perspective to add real intensity and power to raising funds for the mission at hand partnered with a true understanding of how those dollars will be used.
