Hi, I'm Terry Larder, the owner and founder of TLM Property Maintenance. I have been in the building industry for more than 25 years, working my way up through the ranks from apprentice to project / contract manager and business owner. •Apprentice of the year 1983 •Finishing foreman 1986 •General foreman 1987 •Started TLM Property Maintenance 1989 •Contract managing to current day Over the years I have built a reputation for being, friendly, helpful, honest and reliable, producing professional top quality work for fair prices. We have a lot of experience in special needs facilities, particularly in special needs bathroom conversions and we have done a lot of grant work for the local authorities over the years.
