About TLPAC TLPAC is the first organization to bring together English language institutions as well as educators in one place. TLPAC also focuses on providing educational accreditation to educational institutions that teach English as a second language. TLPAC works with primary, secondary educational institutions as well as universities and programs catering to adult learning. GMS group founded TLPAC in the fall of 2014 and opened their first offices in Houston, Texas as a private educational accreditor with the mission to improve the quality of English as a second language education. TLPAC currently has more than active members from around the world. TLPAC also works in cooperation with regional and international education institutions. TLPAC’s Scope TLPAC operates worldwide with offices in the Asia, Europe, Australia, North and South America, Africa, Middle East and the Arabian Gulf region. Vision TLPAC’s vision is to become the leading organization for ESL education in the world. We look forward to supporting institution, educators and students. TLPAC plans on doing this by raising the quality standards of the education institutions they accredit. Message Our mission is to raise the level of education performance for academic institution by raising the standards in their area. Objectives • Develop increased academic standards and provide institutional assessments as well as testing for students. • Provide quality assurance services and academic accreditation. • Contribute to the growth and development through the promotion of English as a second language. • Develop activities that promote research and education cooperation and promote partnerships. • Assisting TLPAC members to improve their professional competence as English as a second language. • Develop quality support procedures for educational institutions, provide training and organize conference for educators to interact and share ideas.
