TMA SoCal, a chapter of The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) which is the most professionally diverse organization in the corporate restructuring, renewal, and corporate health space. Established in 1988, TMA has almost members in 53 chapters worldwide, TMA SoCal is one of 33 North American chapters. Members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, consultants, as well as academic, government employees, and members of the judiciary. Attorneys, PE firms, hedge funds, restructuring and M&A professionals, investment bankers, distressed debt investors, accountants, corporate bankers, trustees, workout officers. TMA runs regular networking and education events in Southern California and nationally.
