I just started a business as a Financial Consultant. The name of my business is: TMC-Finance LLC. I am a go between the client and the lender. I do this for a small non refundable fee and a commission fee if the client gets an approval on the loan. I provide the client with basic forms, insure that they have everything that a lender would be looking for and if they need a business plan, I send them to the right person for the right production. I also have access to countless professional lenders from personal loans, business real estate situational loans, business start-up loans, individuals that who have an idea or invention and need a venture capitalist investor/lender to consider the risk. All of which are professional lenders.
