To Bring More, Inc. is dedicated to bringing more opportunities to the communities of Nassau County. Our efforts are geared towards the men, women, and children of specific communities. While Nassau County as a whole appears to be quite well off, there is an unequal distribution of wealth and wellbeing among communities. These unequal distributions are most evident when comparing the 9 selected communities to the remainder of the county. These communities include Elmont, Freeport, Glen Cove, Hempstead, Inwood, Long Beach, Roosevelt, Uniondale, and Westbury. These communities have a larger proportion of minorities, a younger population and are of lower socioeconomic status. We believe with the right resources and tools individuals, families, neighborhoods, and communities can change their mental mods, decision making, attitudes, and behaviors that allow them to be, see, feel, do and want a better life. Community-based organizations are still prevalent in Nassau County and we will always want to remain a partner with them. However, we exist on the mere fact that our reality is ever changing, our culture is always evolving, and our people are advancing. With that being said the only way to provide more and add value organizations must know their audience, understand the culture, provide a competitive advantage, adapt to the environment and listen to the economies of scale. We look at the community as the children, adults, and families they are now, conduct a needs assessment, and then provide them with what is needed to succeed in this competitive global workforce. Our communities are villages, our culture is rich, our children are future leaders, and our people are surviving.
