Forming and development history 28th April 2002: Tan Thinh Phat Co,Ltd established with the head office addressed in 10B Ky Dong Street - District 3 - HCM City. 2003: Tan Thinh Phat was changed to joint stock company model - Toan Thinh Phat Architecture Investment Construction Joint Stock Company, the head office at 284 Dao Duy Anh street, Phu Nhuan district, HCMC with strategical shareholder is Sacombank. 2004: Toan Thinh Phat built The Le Qui Don High School with our 100% own investment in Bien Hoa city - Dong Nai province to set up the foundation for investing other provinces besides Ho Chi Minh city as well as widen our investment in the field of education. 2005: 2nd school - The Trinh Hoai Duc High School in Trang Bom-Dong Nai province has welcomed the first beginning of the new school year. 2006: celebrate the inauguration ceremony of the new head office at 262A Nam Ky Khoi Nghia street - ward 8 - district 3 - Ho Chi Minh City March 2006: The Toan Thinh Phat Youth Architecture Co.Ltd was set up. In this year, Mr.Huynh Phu Kiet – The Chairman of Board of Directors has the honor to receive “ The Fifth Excellent Young Entrepreneur – Ho Chi Minh City Awards 2006” and “The Typical Saigon Businessman Awards 2006” 28th April 2007: TTP celebrated the company‘s five year – establishing ceremony and signed the agreement contract of strategic partners with Dong Tam Joint Stock Company for the series of many important projects, as well as executing our investment in resort. TTP has been more and more expanding our operation scale to other fields of investment.
