I research new thinking approaches that help uncover solutions to complex problems. I conduct unconventional live learning events with expert audiences that make high-stakes decisions as a routine part of their jobs. Particularly those in the audit, governance, HR, legal, medical and intelligence communities. In the events, I weave narrative stories and cognitive exercises together designed to reveal hidden forces that influence decision-making. The result is the audience learns to teach themselves how to adapt their thinking approach to new circumstances.
