We work without enrollment or a database, by linking the fingerprint directly with the biometric information contained in a Smartphone/Tablet/ID Card. Our patented TOC Trusted 3rd Party model, which functions through TOC Cloud creates a unique token & OTP for every transaction. Since our beginnings TOC has had a significant presence in banks because the high level of security granted by our identity verification service without enrollment; we do not store information of any kind, we just make the biometric match between the Smartphone/national ID card and the live finger trace. The TOC digital signature of documents delivers substantial administrative benefits, with associated improvements in time, safety, cost reduction and improved document management.
