Tofuture is Susanna and Adam. Our purpose is to promote tofu as a tasty, healthy and ethical addition to your diet. Our mission is to spread the word about the benefits and versatility of tofu. We want to share tofu’s potential and rescue it from the spongy, last-choice veggie option. Tofu is a good source of protein and if you press the water out it readily absorbs any flavour of the dish or marinade you introduce. Our tofu press presses the water out of shop bought tofu cleanly and easily and fits in the fridge whilst pressing. We have also created a website with facts and inspirational ideas about tofu, tasty recipes and a lifestyle blog. We want to extol the virtues of tofu, for existing tofu-lovers or those seeking a change in their lifestyle. whether for ethical or health reasons, to reduce your environmental footprint, for the love of animals or simply for the love of good food.
