Together California

Together California is building 12 individual foster homes in Palmdale, CA to ensure siblings entering the foster care system can stay together, connected, and supported by an on-site community of care. Together California's innovative model of care will have a full-time dedicated resource parent living in each home, whose only job is to offer compassion and love to every child. A square foot community center will house the Together California offices and will offer enriching programs and services to the entire community.
