At Together CBT, we focus on groups, so that we can offer high quality therapy at a lower cost and help people build community…together! Our motto is ”less talking, more doing,” because we are laser-focused on empowering our clients to actively face those very same things that make them anxious/stressed and hold them back. We specialize in exposure exercises, assign homework regularly, integrate the latest research, and utilize data and analytics to personalize treatment. We’re starting in NYC, but our goal is to help people across the country change how they relate to their anxiety.
