Together Community Care

The Together App is an app designed to help relieve stress in the lives of caregivers. Our app allows you to create a private, closed community of friends and family. From there a caregiver can post updates on their loved ones health condition and progress. This feature alleviates the worry of updating all your family and friends individually and even eliminates the need of group chats. With our calendar feature a caregiver can add any type of help they may need (for example schedule visits or request privacy), request assistance with meals babysitting etc. Our design is simple and easy to use creating a welcoming feel for people of ages or technology skill levels.
