Natalie has extensive experience as an Occupational therapist, supervisor, clinical leader, leadership development consultant & coach. TogetherUp provides transformational supervision, coaching and professional development experiences for OTs and other health professionals. What sets us apart is our large network of supervising OT’s who offer their enormous breadth of experience, decades of knowledge and clinical mastery. We offer: Practice Supervision for overseas trained OT: TogetherUp provides a streamlined and supportive approach to guiding overseas qualified OTs through the registration process. We’ve created a clear roadmap on the steps to take to reach full registration, making the experience a positive learning one for the OT and employer. Supervision Match: We’ll connect you with experienced clinical advisors and supervisors who possess the exact skills, background, and clinical mastery you need within your team (that you probably have difficulty recruiting for).
