TOKIWA Consult is a limited liability company comprising a group of consultants, whose main interest is effective implementation of development projects at the local, regional and national levels of administration in developing countries. As a sequel to this interest, the consultants are concerned about the strategies and types of policies that have dictated the pace of development in these countries. This is necessary in order to assist in counteracting the process of underdevelopment that is currently threatening the stability of many developing countries. Working as professionals, the consultants are obliged to give the best of service, having regard to the scope of data available at any point in time. Of significance is the fact that the Consultants received their training not only in Ghana, but also in a number of countries, including U.S.A, Great Britain, Japan, Germany, Netherlands, South Africa, Denmark, etc. The argument is that the trans-cultural variety of experience is bound to be reflected in the quality of work produced by the team.
