Over the past 20 years, I’ve moved from engineer to executive, holding leadership roles at the White House, State Department, and The Atlantic. I’ve worked in the Situation Room and startup war rooms, helping leaders cut through complexity and lead transformation with confidence. I began as the first engineer at a pioneering digital firm, building the infrastructure behind $1.2 billion in campaign fundraising. Since then, I’ve served as a presidential appointee, led global diplomacy initiatives, and launched platforms that reached millions. My work is published in Harvard Business Review, The Washington Post, and Entrepreneur, and featured on Time.com. I also speak internationally on leadership, trust, and technology.
