Tom Findlay & Co. Ltd. is a family run plumbing & heating company which has been trading since 1977. The company was established by Tom Findlay and Liz McLaughlin and has steadily grown over the years to become one of the largest plumbing & heating contractors in Central Scotland. The company has maintained its family routes with Managing Director Gregg Findlay and fellow director Sorrelle Findlay taking over the day to day running of the company. We carry out all aspects of the plumbing & heating trade, including renewable technologies such as Solar Thermal, primarily in the domestic market, both in new build and refurbishment projects. The focus of our work over the years has been in large scale contract work both in the social housing sector and private housing. We have maintained long term relationships with many of the major building contractors throughout Central Scotland and through them have carried out countless projects for Local Authorities and Housing Associations across the country. We have also carried out a number of large scale private housing contracts for many of the well known house builders in Scotland.
