I am an independent Service Design Consultant and have 15+ years of international work experience. In the last 9 years I have been working as a Service and UX Designer of which 5 in a lead position. Through my work I help to create and improve products and services by operating at the intersection of business, technology, and design. I thrive in outcome-driven environments, love working in teams, and enjoy continuous learning.
