Hi, I am Tom. A trained Coach and Psychologist. In 2018 after a 15 year career in the creative industries I retrained as a Coach and Psychologist. My personal experience of being coached had a profound effect on me, I experienced the huge impact it had across both my personal and professional life. The goal of my practice is to create clarity of purpose and direction - challenging limiting beliefs, help understand the values that drive your decisions and encourage movement towards a successful resolution of issues, challenges and opportunities. I specialise in the creative industries which is more complex, fast-paced and demanding than ever before. It is also a unique time as there is great choice and opportunity for exploration and discovery as well as confusion and uncertainty. It is a journey of reflection, discovery and self awareness combined with action, motivation and goal orientation.
