We invest in land and old industrial buildings, reconstruct them and develop housing apartments, office domiciles and industries. We have a broad range of expertise's within the management team including Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architects, Metallurgical Engineering, Environmental Engineering and financial solutions. Tomahawk specializes in putting together just the right team of experts for every project, and the rigth partners, to ensure a successful completion of every project we engage in. The idea is to use the clean Icelandic geothermal energy to produce silicon, a widely used energy heavy semiconductor, in an environmental friendly way. The vision is to create the world's new Silicon Valley in Iceland, and provide silicon to a number of silicon consuming companies which are underway to Iceland.
