Tonawanda Terminals Corp. is a New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC Part 360) permitted "land farm" where petroleum impacted soil is treated. Treated soils are tested to verify compliance with NYSDEC soil cleanup objectives and certified for reuse. Part of the green initiative in Western New York, Tonawanda Terminals Corp is an affiliate of NOCO Energy Corp. Tonawanda Terminals Corp gives developers and gasoline station owners an incentive to rebuild on land currently containing petroleum impacted soils without the liability, exposure, complication, and expense of landfilling soil.
