To establish Tonbridge Juddians RFC as one of Kent’s best performing Rugby Clubs both on and off the field with the aim of playing rugby at National level by providing a centre and culture of excellence both on and off the pitch, to ensure minis, juniors, girls, women and senior players all achieve their highest potential. To ensure the clubs ethos of commitment, loyalty, belief and respect is aspired to at all times. By ensuring all members, players and guests are dealt with equally and without prejudice, treating others as we would wish to be treated. To ensure the vision, courtesy and the values of the club are communicated effectively by fostering a partnership with the media and with all prospective and existing sponsors and advertisers.
